Am 30. Oktober 2015 erscheint nun als weiteres Album "Fragile" im Remixed and Remastered in 5.1 Surround & Stereo Mixes

In addition to the main album, Steven unearthed a virtual treasure trove on the multi-track tapes, allowing him to mix full length & acapella versions of “We Have Heaven”, an earlier take of “South Side of the Sky” & – in perhaps the most exciting discovery of this series to date – a previously unheard segment of a piece now called “All Fighters Past” which incorporates ideas that would later form parts of “The Revealing Science of God” (Tales from Topographic Oceans) & “Siberian Khatru” (Close to The Edge) performed in the style of Roundabout! With a further two additional tracks – alternate takes of “Roundabout” & “Mood for a Day” & numerous exclusive to Blu-Ray edition features, including the complete album in instrumental form mixed by Steven Wilson, this is the definitive edition of Fragile.

Das ist in der Tat spannend!
Es gibt bei "The Revealing..." nach dem "Skyline teacher / Warland seeker..."-Part und eingeleitet von der etwas wilderen Gitarrenklängen Howes (so ab 14:10) bzw. Wakemans genialen Synths die von Squires Bass unterlegten Textzeilen

"And through the rhythm of moving slowly
Sent through the rhythm work out the story
Move over glory to sons of old fighters past"

Das ist alles drin, was YESMusik bieten kann. Das verbunden mit SK und Roundabout - das kann nur gut sein!

All Fighters Past - sehr kurzer Teaser...aber für die Ohren neu und spannend!

Wieder ein gelungenes Paket, dass viele Einblicke in die Entstehung des Albums gewährt.
YES in 5.1 ist ein Erlebnis für sich.
Die dichten Produktionen sind geradezu prädestiniert dafür.
Eine größere Herausforderung dürfte allerdings noch mit Tales und Gfto anstehen.
Nie hätte ich zu träumen gewagt, diese Platten je in diesem Format zu bekommen.
Auch die Aufmachung als Vinyl-Replica mit dem Inlet ist gut gemacht.
Mal sehen was als nächstes kommt.
